The evaporation pressure of the water-cooled chiller may be too low due to insufficient refrigerant. Therefore, as long as the corresponding refrigerant is supplemented. But be warned: if the refrigerant is insufficient, be sure to check for internal leaks. If there is an internal leak, it must be repaired, otherwise even if the refrigerant is added, it will still leak directly, and the problem will not be solved.
If the expansion valve of the water-cooled chiller is opened too small or the valve hole is blocked, the evaporation pressure will be too low. It can be restored to normal use by opening the expansion valve and removing the blockage of the valve hole.
It may be caused by the blockage of the liquid supply pipeline. After passing the inspection, it is enough to directly remove the dirt in the liquid supply pipeline to solve the blockage problem.
Is the fault caused by oil accumulation in the evaporator? If yes, just drain the oil directly.
The evaporation pressure caused by the clogging of the drying filter is too low. Just clean and replace the filter drier.
This phenomenon can also be caused if the solenoid valve of the water-cooled chiller does not work. The solenoid valve can be repaired or replaced to return to normal use.
It may also be caused by the “ice plug” of the expansion valve, so check the cause first and remove the “ice plug” of the expansion valve.
