(TES series)
The device is used for fueling, lubricating oil cooling or heating when testing fuel, oil and the like for the test bench of Party A.
The heat transfer oil refrigeration heating device provides low temperature or high temperature heat transfer oil, and the heat transfer oil and the fuel oil exchange heat in the inlet heat exchanger of the test piece, so that the fuel can reach the desired temperature condition.
The secondary heat exchange completely solves the problem of temperature resistance of the fuel and oil delivery high pressure pump, and also solves the problem of fuel carbonization and coking caused by the excessive surface temperature of the heater.

- Siemens S7-1200 PLC controller, support programming, 5 programs, each program 40 steps.
- Danfoss, Emerson accessories (drying filter, oil separator, high and low pressure protector, expansion valve).
- Emerson and other international brands are selected for refrigeration accessories, with stable performance.
- PT100 or 4 ~ 20mA or communication given, USB and Ethernet interface, high adaptability.
- The pressure of refrigeration system adopts pointer pressure gauge, and the pressure of circulating system is detected and displayed on the touch screen by pressure sensor.
- With self diagnosis function, phase sequence protector, chiller overload protection, high voltage pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device and other safety protection functions.
