Commissioning and Use Requirements for Refrigeration and Heating Systems

Our cooling and heating system adopts a fully closed circulation pipeline design, which makes the operation of the whole machine more stable, and also prolongs the service life of the heat transfer oil. Every piece of equipment produced by our company needs to go through systematic debugging and trial operation before leaving the factory, and it will be packed and sent out after it is confirmed to be correct. Therefore, normal customers do not need to debug by themselves after getting the equipment. However, after the equipment has been used for a long period of time, there may be a need for re-debugging. The following is a brief sharing of the debugging work and usage requirements.

How to debug the cooling and heating system?

① Check whether the refrigeration and heating system meets the technical requirements, whether the infrastructure has been installed, and whether the pipe size, standard and material should meet the design requirements.

②The power system of the cooling and heating system should be complete and debugged. Check whether the compressor and circulating pump of the refrigeration system can operate normally, and whether the water flow of the circulating water pump is normal.

③ Pay attention to cleaning and debugging the environment of the refrigeration and heating system to make it clean and bright. Prepare all kinds of common tools and special tools needed for debugging in advance, prepare various working pressures, temperatures, flow rates, masses and time for debugging the instruments to be tested, and prepare the protective measures required for debugging.

Requirements for the use of refrigeration and heating systems

① Before using the device, read the product manual delivered with the device, and have a certain understanding of the various interfaces, buttons, and screens around the device before operating it.

② When the cooling and heating system arrives at the project site, pay attention to avoiding impact on the equipment and pay attention to whether the display screen is damaged.

③Before the equipment is used, check whether the equipment is in a normal state when starting up, and formulate a regular maintenance inspection plan.

④The placement environment needs to have an indoor environment with sufficient ventilation to avoid sunlight, leave enough space around the equipment, and a flat and solid ground environment is also required.

⑤ When selecting the heat transfer medium of the refrigeration and heating system, it is necessary to pay attention to whether its temperature range meets the working conditions of the project and whether it is suitable for equipment use. In general, you can consult the manufacturer whether the model is suitable.

⑥ There are many types of pipes in the refrigeration and heating system. Choose which material is suitable according to the temperature requirements of the equipment model, and then choose according to the length and diameter. It is necessary to regularly check the consumption of the pipes, check whether there is damage, and replace them in time.

⑦The heat conduction medium of the equipment needs to be replaced regularly after long-term use. It is recommended to use the same type of medium to avoid equipment blockage caused by heat conduction medium of different models and brands. (Note: the heat transfer medium cannot be mixed with water to avoid failure.)

⑧Before moving, repairing and maintaining the instrument, first shut down the equipment and disconnect the power supply, and try not to tilt the equipment during the moving process.
