Battery Pack Test Chillers

The battery pack test chiller is a water cooling device that can provide constant temperature, constant current and constant pressure. The operation of the battery pack test chiller system is through the three interrelated systems refrigerant circulation system, Water circulation system, electrical automatic control system.
The refrigeration system consists of basic components such as a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a liquid receiver, a drying filter, a throttling device, and a refrigerant. So, what types of battery pack test chillers are there?

  1. Air cooling: suitable for machine side cooling and centralized cooling, no need for additional water tanks and pumps, no need for water towers to dissipate heat, and relatively high requirements for air flow in the environment.
  2. Water-cooled box type: suitable for machine side cooling and centralized cooling, no need to add water tank and water pump, and water cooling tower is required. Water tower cooling.
  3. The selection of the thermal insulation water tank and water pump of the battery pack test chiller is sometimes based on the actual situation of the customer’s factory. The box-type battery pack test chiller may also require an additional water pump. At this time, the model of the additional water pump must be tested with the battery pack to test the chiller. The built-in water pump has the same power.
  4. If the power of the built-in water pump of the battery pack test chiller is 2HP, when an external water pump is added, it must be of the same model. When an external water pump is used, the power requirements of the water pump are the same as those of the battery pack test chiller of the same type, and the return water The temperature should not be higher than 40℃. The higher the return water temperature, the greater the damage to the compressor.
