Features of Battery Test Chamber and Chillers
The double-layer high and low temperature box is mainly used for high and low temperature test devices for explosive samples. It is currently mainly used in the new energy battery industry. It can directly complete high and low temperature charge and discharge tests for battery cells, modules, and PACKs in the test box. There are also functions such as high and low temperature storage. In the case of test battery failure, explosion-proof pressure relief and fire protection devices are added.
- Adopt the upper and lower double-layer box design, the box contains antifreeze battery cooling system, the control and test systems of the two boxes are completely independent operation;
- The box door and the pressure relief port are equipped with explosion-proof chains;
- The interior of the box is designed with all stainless steel and full welding, which can meet the storage requirements of 0.5m fire water;
- The insulation layer of the box body is designed to be 100mm thick, and it is composed of insulation materials with low thermal conductivity and high temperature resistant materials, which can meet the requirements of -40°C to 100°C; meet the long-term high and low temperature impact requirements;
- Each box is equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief port, which automatically releases pressure when overpressure is sensed;
- The refrigeration system adopts frequency conversion control, combined with hot gas and electric heating control algorithm, operates efficiently and saves energy by more than 200%.
