  What should be done if the load of the air cooled water chiller is damaged?

  Firstly, for air-cooled chillers, we need to confirm whether the compressor load has been burned or the components have worn out. If so, it will inevitably contaminate the refrigerant system, such as residual refrigerant oil remaining in the pipeline after carbonization, and the drying filter absorbing a large amount of water.

  So, if there is a compressor burning out, first we need to analyze the cause of the compressor burning out: whether it is a temperature control quality problem such as the contactor and overload device inside the control box; Is it a set value change or adjustment error, is it due to unstable power supply voltage, and is the operator operating in normal order.

  Air cooled chillers are mainly used in industries such as chemical engineering, ink printing, large energy equipment, mixing plants, food preservation, central air conditioning, etc. According to different heat dissipation methods, there are air cooled chillers and water cooled air cooled chillers.

  1. Remove the drying filter, use a temporary detachable connecting pipe or copper pipe joint to connect the short circuit part, and blow dry the entire system. At this time, nitrogen gas with a pressure of 10kg/cm2 can be used to blow dry until there is no residual cleaning agent;

  2. Inject the cleaning agent into the Plumbing to clean and circulate. If necessary, replace the cleaning agent for multiple cleaning;

  3. Add and replace the refrigerant oil of the compressor, observe the oil usage during compressor operation, add liquid refrigerant, and start the machine for testing after reaching 80%~90% refrigerant volume. Note: The compressor must be heated for 2 hours;

  4. Install a good compressor and drying filter, and use nitrogen gas with a pressure of 10kg/cm2 to detect leakage. If there is no leakage, the remaining nitrogen can be discharged into the atmosphere through the high-pressure corner valve;

  5. At the same time, vacuum the high and low voltage ends to 1000 micro, and then check all power supplies and electronic control systems.
