1、 Cause analysis
1. Excessive cooling capacity
When the cooling capacity of the system exceeds the existing cooling capacity of the compressor, the compressor will experience overload. At this point, it is necessary to check whether there are any pipeline blockages or insufficient fan speed issues in the condenser and evaporator.
2. Pressure imbalance
When the pressure of the condenser and evaporator is unbalanced, the compressor may also experience overload. This situation requires checking whether the condenser and evaporator are blocked, and whether the fan speed is sufficient.
3. Poor heat dissipation of the condenser
Poor heat dissipation of the condenser is also one of the reasons for compressor overload. It may be due to the melting of the condenser fins, or the blockage of the inlet and outlet pipelines. At this point, it is necessary to clean the condenser or replace the heat sink.

1. Clean the radiator
If the poor heat dissipation of the condenser is the cause of overload, the problem can be solved by cleaning the radiator. Turn off the refrigerator switch first, then unplug the power plug. Open the outer shell of the radiator again and wipe off any dirt and dust on it with a clean damp cloth to improve its heat dissipation effect.
2. Increase heat dissipation area
If the heat dissipation area is insufficient, it may also cause compressor overload. At this point, it is necessary to increase the heat dissipation area, which can be solved by installing an auxiliary radiator or replacing a larger radiator.
3. Adjust the cooling capacity
If excessive cooling capacity is the cause of overload, it can be solved by adjusting the cooling capacity. You can close the door of the freezing chamber and adjust the temperature of the condenser and evaporator to achieve the appropriate cooling capacity.
