Features of Heating Systems

• 1. Heat medium: saturated steam pressure: 0.5MPa and above, temperature: 158.8 ℃ and above
• 2. Hot water control temperature RT + 10 ℃ ~ 135 ℃
• 3. The process water is circularly heated by using the pipe type steam and water mixed heat exchanger;
• 4. The steam shall have low noise, no vibration and high thermal efficiency in the use of heat exchange process;
• 5. The service life of steam and water mixed heat exchanger is more than 15 years, so as to achieve once and for all;
• 6. The temperature of process hot water is constant without manual duty and fully automatic control.

Custom Explosion Proof Cabinet

Positive pressure cabinet is composed of positive pressure cavity and control cavity.

Positive pressure cavity is used for installing various of instrument or electronics which with non-explosion-proof.

The control cavity has explosion-proof control box and pressure control system.

The case material of positive pressure cabinet with 2~3mm Cold rolled steel sheet welding and the Air-duct with galvanized steel pipe.

Adopt bulkhead connector and tightening device for in&out of the cable.

There is a glass display in the front of door and display the information of instrument and indicator light.

Display Function

1. Display all the kind of process control temperatures.
2. Shows the liquid level of the heat conducting medium in the expansion vessel.
3. Shows indication for refrigeration system working.
4. Shows indication for heater working.
5. Shows indication for circulation pump working.
6. Display the temperature control.
7. The temperature upper limit, lower limit control can be set.
8. The temperature difference between jacket & reactor material can be set.
9. Shows the alarm to add the liquid when it is empty.
10. The refrigeration compressor can be set to operate manually or automatically.

Data Interface and Software
