  What is the reason why the medical chillers fan does not operate?

  Refrigeration equipment is applied to CNC machine tools, coordinate boring machines, grinders, machining centers, modular machine tools, and various precision machine tool spindles for lubrication and cooling of hydraulic system transmission media. It can accurately control oil temperature, effectively reduce thermal deformation of machine tools, and improve machining accuracy of machine tools. A common possibility is that the fan of the unit is not running.

  The motor winding of the fan is burnt out. Solution: Replace the motor or rewind the wire group.

  Belt damage. Solution: Replace the belt.

  The fan relay is burnt out. Solution: Replace the relay.

  Loose wire connections. Solution: Check and tighten the wire connections.

  The fan motor bearing is stuck. Solution: Replace the bearing.

  The functions of air-cooled chillers and water-cooled chillers are the same, both for cooling and cooling, with the main difference being the different cooling methods. The fan of an air-cooled chiller is very important as it is a component that continuously exchanges air with the finned condenser of the chiller. Once the heat dissipation is poor, it directly affects the chiller’s inability to cool properly.

  So after six months or a year of operation of the air-cooled chiller unit, it is necessary to clean the finned condenser and dust and other debris on the fan to ensure cleanliness and tidiness. This not only benefits the refrigeration deformation of the unit, but also may extend the service life of the unit, saving operating costs for the enterprise.
