Characteristics of Water Cooled Type Chiller

Refrigeration equipment is needed in all walks of life, and water-cooled chillers are one of them. The water-cooled chiller is small in size and large in cooling capacity. It adopts imported compressors with excellent low-temperature performance, reliability and durability. The product is designed according to the characteristics of industrial applications. It has a built-in low-temperature circulating water pump and a stainless steel refrigerated water tank, which is extremely convenient to use. All materials in contact with water are Anti-corrosion materials are used to effectively prevent rust and corrosion. So what are the characteristics of water-cooled chillers?

Cascade Low Temperature Chillers

Features of water-cooled chiller:

1. Power saving and energy saving: multiple small and medium power compressors are used in parallel, and the disturbance to the power grid is very small when turning on and off. With the change of load, the unit will automatically determine the number of startups to ensure that the compressors that are turned on are in the best work. state, so as to effectively save power.

2. Stable performance: Multiple compressors are used in parallel, each compressor has its own independent refrigeration circuit, that is, the evaporator and condenser are also completely independent; all compressors are commanded by a unified microcomputer control system, which is turned on and off one by one , they will never interfere with each other, and they are all made of original genuine products, and the single-machine failure rate is extremely low. Based on the above reasons, this series of machines can be guaranteed to have a highly stable performance, and it is the first choice in the case of continuous operation all the year round, and there is no need to purchase other spare machines.

3. Long service life: The evaporator and condenser are very reasonably designed and placed above the compressor. During the entire operation process, most of the lubricating oil always stays in the compressor to ensure good lubrication of the compressor.

The water-cooled chiller uses a shell-and-tube evaporator to exchange heat between water and refrigerant. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load from the water, cools the water to produce cold water, and then transfers heat to the shell-and-tube condenser through the action of the compressor. The refrigerant exchanges heat with the water, so that the water absorbs heat and then takes the heat out of the external cooling tower through the water pipe for dissipation.
