What is the reason why the temperature of industrial air cooled chiller cannot drop?
When the temperature of an industrial air-cooled chiller cannot drop, we usually conduct troubleshooting and maintenance from the following aspects:
1. Circuit fault
Check the circuit of the industrial air-cooled chiller system and whether the inlet and outlet pipelines of the cooling water are blocked; Check whether the valves in the cooling water pipeline are open and whether the cooling water flow and pressure are normal.
2. Electrical components
Check whether all electrical components are normal or stuck, and replace the damaged electrical components.
3. Solenoid valve
Check if the solenoid valve coil is working properly. If the solenoid valve is damaged, please replace it in a timely manner.
4. Panel
There is no output signal from the panel. Carefully check whether the circuit line is normal or replace it with a new component.
If the above reasons that may cause the temperature of the industrial chiller to not drop are ruled out, it is also necessary to check whether the condenser is blocked.
6. Wrong matching model
When the model of the industrial air-cooled chiller you choose does not match, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity, the temperature will not drop and the equipment cannot be cooled to achieve the desired cooling effect.
7. Unreasonable installation
If the temperature drop of an industrial air-cooled chiller cannot be reduced, the possible reason is that the water tower/water pump/pipeline has not been properly installed, resulting in the inability to reduce the temperature.
8. Temperature controller malfunction
When the temperature controller malfunctions, it is impossible to achieve temperature control on the device, resulting in abnormal temperature display of the temperature controller.
9. Blockage/leakage occurs
When the industrial air-cooled chiller unit is used for too long, it will cause fouling/blockage of the condenser/evaporator, poor water quality leading to pipeline blockage, refrigerant leakage, and other situations. So it will cause the temperature of the air-cooled chiller to not drop.
10. Environmental impact
When the environment is too high or too low, it will affect the cooling capacity of industrial air-cooled chillers, especially in cases where the environmental temperature is relatively harsh, which can seriously lead to the inability of the chiller to cool down.
