How to Maintain the Chiller in Winter?
The changes brought by the cooler weather remind people to pay attention to the winter maintenance of the chiller, and slowly adapt to the temperature difference brought by the cold air.
- Check the setting of the chiller switch button and confirm the equipment status when the high pressure switch is on;
- Check the oil level in the oil tank of the chiller, replace the condenser if necessary, check the scale of the refrigerant oil, and ensure the operation of the compressor;
- Check the refrigeration oil filter, and if necessary, check the chiller to clean the heat transfer tube. The condensing pressure is too high, and whether the water treatment of the high-pressure ring system of the condenser of the unit is normal;
- Clean the heat transfer tube to avoid scratching and scraping the tube wall;
- Disassemble the safety valve at least once every six months to see if there is corrosion, rust, scaling, etc. inside it. If corrosion or leakage is found, the safety valve must be replaced;
- Check the cleaning cycle and water circulation of the condenser/evaporator tube side. If you see serious scaling, it must be cleaned. Replace the cleaning equipment with new ones at least once every six months. Insufficient cooling capacity is usually caused by scaling in the pipe or air in the unit. If the difference between the temperature and the outlet water temperature is greater than 5°C, the condensing pipe may be scaled.
- Check the record table of the number of chillers to see if the special brushes from the factory are used and whether there is any abnormal phenomenon;
- Check whether there is leakage or insulation between the windings of the compressor motor;
