There are two types of high and low temperature cooling and heating cycle devices: air cooling and water cooling. Air-cooled equipment does not need cooling water and can be used anywhere. The heat generated during the cooling process of the equipment will be directly dissipated into the surrounding air. Water-cooled equipment needs to be connected to cooling water, and it will not dissipate waste heat into the small laboratory. For applications that require isolation from the environment, a water-cooled unit can be used to form a fully enclosed system.

The device features of the high and low temperature cooling and heating cycle machine are as follows:

(1) The cascade compression refrigeration cycle of the refrigeration unit can achieve a lower temperature; the heating adopts electric heating, which can quickly raise the temperature of the circulating medium.

(2) The energy-saving design is adopted to realize the adjustment of the cooling capacity. The refrigerant flow is mainly controlled by PID to accurately control the temperature of the material. The traditional method is to use electric heating to offset the cooling of the compressor, which is a waste of energy.

(3) Combined control of heating and cooling to achieve rapid response to heat absorption or heat release of materials.

(4) The control of the material temperature is mainly realized by the flow control of the refrigerant. The proportional regulating valve of the refrigerant adopts the valve body of the electronic expansion valve, and the stepper motor generally has a series of more than 500 steps, which can achieve high temperature control accuracy. .
