Commonly Used Auxiliary Accessories for Industrial Chillers

As a professional cooling equipment, in addition to the basic shell, the industrial chiller also has many auxiliary accessories. Only when they are assembled together can it run stably. So what are the common chiller accessories?

There are many auxiliary accessories for industrial chillers, among which the more common accessories include pressure controllers, water flow switches, temperature controllers, differential pressure controllers and solenoid valves.

  1. Pressure controller

Industrial chillers have two pressure controllers, low pressure and high pressure, which are mainly used to control the pressure range of the system. When the pressure exceeds the range, the switch will automatically cut off and connect the circuit.

  1. Water flow switch

When water flows inside the pipes of the chiller, installing a water flow switch can protect the fluid flow in the pipes and prevent the fluid from exceeding the specified flow rate.

  1. Temperature controller

For industrial chillers, temperature control is very important, such as using the temperature of the water tank to control the switch of the equipment.

  1. Differential pressure controller

If the pressure difference inside the chiller exceeds the rated range, it may cause equipment damage, so it is necessary to install a pressure difference controller.

  1. Solenoid valve

In order to avoid liquid shock when the compressor is restarted, the existence of the solenoid valve can effectively cut off the system circuit when the compressor stops.

The above are the auxiliary accessories commonly used in industrial chillers. The chiller is a device with a relatively complicated structure. If you do not understand its structure, please ask professionals to handle it during installation and maintenance.
