Advantages of Refrigeration Heating Systems

The main function of the refrigeration heating system is to control the temperature by heating and cooling, and maintain the temperature stability of the equipment. So do you know what its main advantages and features are?

  1. The cooling and heating system adopts the self-developed fully enclosed pipeline design and high-temperature cooling technology, which can directly cool the plate heat exchanger from a high temperature of 300 °C, reduce the demand for heat transfer fluid, improve the heat utilization rate of the system, and achieve rapid temperature rise and fall.
  2. The refrigeration and heating system is equipped with a heating and cooling integrated container, which has a large heat exchange area, a fast heating and cooling rate and a relatively small demand for heat transfer oil.
  3. The refrigeration and heating system has good mechanical properties, can withstand high working pressure, and can also withstand solid material feeding, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wide operating temperature range, good heat transfer effect, and fast cooling speed. Temperature control instruments commonly used in laboratories and scientific research institutions.
  4. The refrigeration and heating system adopts high-temperature oil heating equipment, and the cooling water is directly used to reduce the temperature of the equipment and maintain the temperature balance of the equipment to ensure the equipment temperature required for filling.
  5. The heat transfer medium has an expansion vessel in a closed system. The heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in the circulation. Whether it is high or low temperature, the expansion temperature reaches 60 degrees at room temperature, which can reduce the risk of moisture absorption and volatilization of the heat transfer medium during operation.

It can be seen from the above features that the cooling and heating system has these functions, so it is more convenient to use and the effect is also improved.
