How to Choose Heating and Cooling Equipment According to the Parameters of the Reactor?

Refrigeration and heating equipment is a kind of temperature control equipment that is widely used now, especially for some environments that have extremely high requirements for temperature accuracy. Some reactor equipment manufacturers began to use heating and cooling equipment to assist in heating or cooling the reaction materials to meet the temperature conditions required by the process.
In order to facilitate customers’ further understanding of the reactor temperature control equipment, the following introduces the parameters that need to be provided when selecting equipment:

  1. The diameter and height of the reactor, as well as the height from the ground.
  2. The thickness of the jacket, the volume of the jacket, and the interface size of the reactor.
  3. The detailed process of material temperature control (mainly to determine whether the material temperature control has temperature change control).
  4. The weight and size chart of the reactor.
  5. The length and diameter of the connecting pipe between the reactor and the heating and cooling equipment.
  6. What kind of material is being heated, the specific heat of the material, the temperature required by the material, and whether cooling is required.
  7. Medium water and oil used for temperature control.
  8. Has the customer used temperature control equipment before, and how is it used?
