- When installing a water-cooled chiller, be sure to choose an area with a flat, solid floor that can bear the weight of the unit, and a good ventilation environment. Take shock absorption and stabilization measures for chillers, water pumps, and cooling towers to avoid vibration movement caused by unit startup. The diameter of the water pipes connecting each equipment should match the equipment. At one end of the chiller, there should be a clear draining space for the condenser tube bundle, which is convenient for the later maintenance of the chiller.
- Before using the water-cooled chiller, the operator must have certain operating knowledge and basic experience. If not, the operator should be prohibited from using it. Before use, the operator needs to read the instruction manual of the equipment in detail, and operate in strict accordance with the content inside, especially the initial installation and debugging work.
- In the process of using the water-cooled chiller, the operator must use it strictly in accordance with the instructions in the manual. For the unknown or uncertain place, he must consult the relevant engineer or the chiller manufacturer. After the installation and commissioning of the chiller is completed, it can be officially put into operation. The operator should carefully observe whether the pipeline connection, water flow rate, unit cooling, etc. between the various equipment are normal, so as to avoid unnecessary damage to the equipment caused by errors.
- Many customers run the water-cooled chiller 24 hours a day, but some customers will stop the operation halfway.
