Laboratory Refrigeration and Heating Constant Temperature Circulation System

The laboratory heating and cooling cycle thermostat uses various media with different temperatures to perform high temperature and low temperature circulation in a fully closed pipeline system. The reaction kettle reaches the required temperature requirements. It is suitable for testing various performance indicators of pharmaceutical, chemical, and various electronic components in high and low temperature environments.

  1. There is no internal circulation tank, the internal circulation volume is small, the effective power density is large, the heating and cooling rates are fast, and the demand for heat transfer oil is relatively small.
  2. The whole liquid circulation: there is no volatilization of oil mist at high temperature, and the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized or browned; at low temperature, it will not absorb water vapor in the air, prolonging the life of heat transfer oil and low cost.
  3. Adopt PID intelligent control, automatically adjust the power output according to the chemical process technology, control the temperature of the reaction process, and meet the requirements of the reaction process for temperature changes.
  4. The specially customized circulating pump can provide large flow rate, generate small pressure and heat, achieve high heat exchange efficiency, small system resistance, small pump system heat, and small system energy consumption.
  5. Using PLC control, more user-friendly display interface, easy to operate, can display the set temperature, outlet temperature, temperature change curve in the kettle body in the working process, and realize multi-stage temperature programming of the program.
  6. It can be matched with various types and quantities of reaction kettles for cooling, heating and temperature control. Different models use different media.
