First, the preparatory work before the installation of the battery pack test system chiller
- Clean up the installation site of the battery pack test water cooling system.

- Prepare the external conditions for the installation of the unit (water, electricity, installation holes, pipeline fixing frame).
- The installation of the unit should ensure the width of the surrounding space to ensure the normal external heat dissipation of the unit. If it is installed indoors, please install an exhaust fan larger than the heat dissipation capacity of the unit to ensure the heat dissipation of the unit.
Second, the conditions when the unit is installed
- The unit is equipped with a three-phase five-wire system with a power supply of 380V.
- The cooling water connection of the unit is the rated pipe diameter of the unit during standard water circulation. Due to the limitations of the use conditions, the main cooling pipe can be configured on the condition that the water flow of the unit is satisfied, the resistance of the pipeline can be carefully calculated, and the cooling water pump system can be configured reasonably.
- The chilled water connection of the unit is the rated pipe diameter of the unit during standard water circulation. Due to the limitation of use conditions on site, the main pipeline of the refrigeration pipe can be configured under the condition of meeting the water flow of the unit, but the resistance of the pipeline should be carefully calculated, and the cooling water pump system should be configured reasonably.
- The unit is equipped with a water tank pump when the unit leaves the factory. When connecting the pipeline on site, if the site conditions cannot connect to the standard interface of the unit, connect a bypass valve to the inlet and outlet of the unit to meet the water flow of the unit during normal operation. Require.
- The bypass valve is recommended to be consistent with the inlet and outlet diameters of the unit. If the on-site reduction ratio is not large, the bypass valve can be appropriately reduced but can meet the water cycle of the unit.
- When the equipment is equipped with an automatic water switching valve, the opening of the bypass valve of the unit can meet the requirements of the small water flow when the unit is running when the automatic switching valve of the equipment is fully closed.
The battery pack test water cooling system is an important equipment in industrial production.
