  1. Pay attention to the dust and impurities in the refrigerant pipeline during the installation process. It will reduce the cooling effect, which will cause the wear of the compressor, and then cause the blockage of the high and low temperature cooling cycle group, which will affect the cooling effect as a whole.
  2. For the refrigerant pipeline, attention should be paid to the leakage of the refrigerant pipeline. If there is a leakage problem, the cooling effect of the high and low temperature cooling and heating machine will be reduced. During this period, the long-term overheating of the compressor will easily make the use of the equipment Reduced lifespan.
  3. The cooling and heating system produces condensed water during the cooling process, and the condensed water pipe is connected from the internal unit to the outdoor or the floor drain at least to maintain a certain slope. If the volume of the condensate pipe in the cooling and heating system is insufficient, water leakage will occur in the unit, causing a short circuit of the power supply.
  4. The all-in-one cooling and heating machine needs a certain amount of space, and shock absorbers must be installed at the foot of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in a good environment. If the installation is not done properly, the airflow will be short-circuited, and the protection switch will make noise from the equipment and affect the surrounding environment due to the short-circuit of the airflow.

Problems that should be paid attention to in the use of refrigeration and heating systems

  1. If there is no special need, please do not open the door of the air-cooled integrated cooling and heating cabinet. When the unit is undergoing a high-temperature test, the high-temperature airflow rushing out of the cabinet will cause personal injury to the staff.
  2. After the air-cooled all-in-one cooling and heating machine completes the high-temperature test, the inside of the chassis still maintains a high temperature. Do not put your hands deep into the inside of the chassis to cause burns.
  3. It should be noted that the air-cooled all-in-one cooling and heating machine must be reliably grounded to avoid electrostatic induction.
  4. When using the air-cooled all-in-one cooling and heating machine, avoid turning off and then turning on the refrigeration unit within three minutes. If a heating test product is placed in the test box, please use an external power supply for the power control of the test product, and do not use the local power supply directly.
  5. When placing high-temperature samples for low-temperature tests, attention should be paid to: the time for opening the door should be as short as possible. Circuit breakers, overheat protectors, provide the operator with this machine tested and reliable protection, so please check regularly.
  6. It is strictly forbidden to conduct experiments on explosive, flammable and highly corrosive substances.
  7. LED lights, if not necessary, should be turned off.
  8. Before doing the low-temperature test on the air-cooled all-in-one machine, the studio environment should be cleaned and dried, and dried at 60°C for 1 hour
  9. When the air-cooled all-in-one cooling and heating machine is doing a high-temperature test, when the temperature exceeds 55°C, do not turn on the device. On any section perpendicular to the wind guiding direction, the sum of the test load section areas shall not be greater than one-third of the working section at that place.
