What is the Cooling Capacity of the Chiller Related to?
- The power of the water pump and the amount of water circulation will affect the heat transfer rate of the product. In fact, apart from some excellent refrigeration accessories, the raw materials of the chiller and the structure of the equipment will affect the cooling capacity of the product.
- The greater the power of the equipment compressor, the higher the cooling capacity. We can choose the compressor according to the size of the equipment. For example, we can choose screw type for some large equipment.
- The temperature of the water used by the equipment is also very particular. The higher the water temperature, the greater the cooling capacity, and the lower the water temperature, the smaller the cooling capacity. The temperature of the water used by the equipment is different from the evaporation temperature, so the amount of cooling is also different.
- When selecting raw materials, we use copper tubes. Because copper has a better heat transfer effect, product evaporators can also be divided into stainless steel plate type and shell and tube type.
