What should be done if the compressor of an chiller industrial is burned out?

If it has been determined that the compressor is damaged and completely unusable, we should replace it with a new one as follows:
Remove the drying filter and use a temporary detachable connecting pipe or copper pipe joint to connect the short circuit part;
Inject the cleaning agent into the Plumbing to clean and circulate. If necessary, replace the cleaning agent for multiple cleaning;
Blow dry the entire system with nitrogen gas at a pressure of 10kg/cm2 until there is no residual cleaning agent;
Install a good compressor and drying filter, and use nitrogen gas with a pressure of 10kg/cm2 to detect leakage. If there is no leakage, the remaining nitrogen gas can be discharged into the atmosphere through the high-pressure corner valve.
What should be paid attention to when using industrial chillers?
Place the chiller in a shaded and naturally ventilated application. The operating temperature of the chiller should not be too high, and the operating temperature should be maintained at no more than 40 ℃.
The fan of the chiller has a heat removal function. Regularly maintain the operation of the fan, and dismantle the cover net of the chiller on time. Use a pneumatic gun to remove dust and dirt from the edge of the cover net.
Note that the distance between the chiller and the road barrier should not be too close. The distance between the air vent (fan) of the chiller and the obstruction should be maintained at least 1.5m, and the distance between the inlet and outlet (soil cover) and the obstruction should be maintained at least 1m.
Disassemble and replace the cooling circulating water of the chiller on time, and it is proposed to replace it every three months. Due to the excessive residue in drinking water, it is very easy to cause blockage in the circulation system pipeline and is not recommended for use. Suggest using mineral water or purified water as the cooling circulating water for the chiller.
Proper daily maintenance and upkeep of the chiller not only improves cooling efficiency, but also increases the lifespan of the chiller.
